Im writing with the sad news that Steve passed away totally unexpectedly at only 45 years old on Tuesday, April 8, 2008. Steve was at home when he died and whatever happened was fast, we're still waiting to hear from the medical examiners. Steve served in the 6931st Electronic Security Squadron, Iraklion Air Station Crete, Greece in the early 80's and also at Misawa, Japan 09/81 - 03/83 in the 6920th ESG, DAWG flt. I was about 12 or 13 years old at the time and knew he had a very important and secret job in the Air Force. I was very proud of my big brother.
